An Intro to Literary Criticism:
 
In British Literature we spend so much time studying fiction (and I'm glad we do) - the our Unit on Literary Criticism is, in many ways, a breath of fresh air.   We begin with old-school Humanism, then cover Feminism, New Historicism, Author Intentionality, Marxism, Deconstructionism, and finally - what I view as the most important: the text-centered criticism of Stephen Booth.
